Breakfast was good. Rooms were comfortable.

We arrived at 4 PM for check in, still our rooms were not ready. Not enough towels so we have to wait until late evening to get it from laundry.Common areas were not clean. Not enough parking to park the car in the basement so we have to park it on the streets. Cleanliness need to be improved.
