The staff was excellent especially the doormen at the entrance of the building.

There was a lot of emergency vehicles due to the hospital across the way, but it wasn’t a big problem at all.

The space that the property had was ok.

Overly complicated approval, check-in and access processes. Which didn’t actually work. Especially given it was booked through booking.com. We arrived slightly early at check-in (1 hour before). We entered the property and it was still dirty and needing cleaned from previous occupants. We contacted property manager and he advised we were too early. We returned at check-in time to find the property made up. Whilst fresh sheets were on the beds, the top bedding had not been cleaned. Since only a thin sheet was on the bed, the top bedding was needed. We had to clean these ourselves in the washer/dryer. Limited cutlery / glass wear also for a family of 4. The property location was also noisy, with traffic and adjacent properties bang / ringing door bells and shouting in early hours of morning. Woken up multiple times. Overall a disappointing stay. Will not be back.

THIS IS WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

STAY FAR AWAY THIS PROPERTY Absolutely the worst experience ever. There was no staff available to help with anything—completely nonexistent. Our toilet was clogged and the entire room reeked so badly we could barely breathe. I called over ten times from morning until night, and not a single person answered or showed up to fix the issue. The stench lasted the entire day and night. This place completely ruined our trip. To make things worse, these people even scam many guests out of their deposit money. I honestly don’t know how they can live peacefully every day treating customers like this and stealing people’s money. If you’re looking to destroy your vacation and feel helpless and ignored, go ahead and book this dump. You’ve been warned—stay far away. Or you have to call over 10 phone calls over 7 days to get someone to help you when problems on your stay. After that is 3 months calling to get deposit money back. Their way of doing business is like some shady black-alley operation, with zero integrity, zero dignity, zero accountability. If you looking to waste your money, your time, and ruin your best time. Come here and stay! They will treat you like trash and scam you. I call booking 8 times this month, even they were frustrated about this play. STAY FAR AWAY THIS PROPERTY

The location is really great. And the amount of space in the apt was really good.

The electronic lock in the apt door didn’t work and we had trouble contacting the management company to get steady access. Inside the apt, there was lots of things that didn’t work - light that could not be turned on, mirrors that were sitting in the floor - and there were only sheets and throws; no real blankets or comforters. Additionally, I had to follow up with the company to get the $300 damage deposits refunded to my credit card. All these things combined, plus the cumbersome identification process when reserving the space, leads me to not return to this location in the future.

Convenient location and close to all the restaurants and bars. Clean apartment. Property manager was prompt to replace coffee machine that wasn't working but got no response regarding the freezer not working. Its an expensive place so these things should be taken care of quickly. Lack of accountability.

Coffee machine was broken but they sent a new one. Sent several messages about freezer not working but got no response. No apology either. For such a high priced apartment these things should be taken care of.
