The apartment was very nice and quiet

The front door key never works

It was a great apartment, very clean and organized. Bed was comfortable. The guy in the reception was awesome.

The shower head didn’t have great pressure.

Centralized location.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The surrounding neighborhood is overrun with homeless individuals and visible drug use — some of whom I actually encountered inside the building. My wife immediately felt unsafe. Upon entering the unit, we were shocked by the lack of cleanliness: urine on the toilet seat, used towels left behind, dirt and dust throughout, and visibly stained furniture. The entire place felt neglected and unsanitary. To make matters worse, the elevators reeked of animal urine. This is not just a matter of discomfort — it’s a serious issue of health and safety. I would strongly advise against staying here under any circumstance.

Initial listing had different location. I wanted something close to an address and the initial booking showed that. However the destination was not that location and farther away. The VIRTUAL KEY never worked, altho, fortunately the back up code did after 1st night. Supposed to have a 24x7 reception, but sometimes, no one was present, which was necessary on initial checkin as the virtual lock was inoperative (virtual key NOR backup code). Could have used more towels, even for TWO people. Only one hand towel and no dishtowel. should have two bath towels. Check in process online was a bit confusing and laborious...having to both update and VERIFY identity. THen, waiting for email or text response. Both occurred, yet was a bit confusing.

The view out the windows and the people were nice and helpful
