The location was great, and the building was very nice. We really appreciated being able to bring our pet along, it really made the stay feel like home. The full kitchen & washer dryer in the apartment were so convenient to have as well.

One thing we really wished we had was a full length mirror, and the couch felt a little small.

The only problem was the rooms had no blankets. I had to go to target to purchase my own blanket

The location is very bad, dangerous and not suitable for family housing.. There are many dangerous people under the building

Proximity to key areas, bus, train, supermarket, Howard theatre and university, OAS building and tour sites in Washington. The property was clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities of a modern home. The online experience for access, keys, information about check-in, check out, community, amenities was a plus. Jay was super helpful. At one point i asked one of my colleagues if Jay was an AI because Jay was always available (early morning, late night. anytime).

Make more towels available for guests if stay is beyond 2 days. (bath towels, hand towels and washcloths). My group stayed for 6 days. Had we had access to more than one towel our stay would be perfect. We noted as well 2 bathrooms did not have mats and maybe a towel short. Ensure check list of room items is confirmed.
