De ligging direct nabij het centrum en de netheid van de kamer.

De accomodatie is gelegen in een ZTL zone. Wij vonden erg moeizaam een parkingplaats buiten deze zone. Maar dit zal ook wel te maken hebben met een evenement dat de dag van aankomst plaatsvond in het stadscentrum.

Great location, very close to town. Room was nice with everything you needed.

There was a lot of mould in the shower. We got locked out of the room as the automatic door malfunctioned. This was not easy to get resolved and at a very inconvenient time. Communication wasn’t the best. We had to ask multiple questions to get the basic information for the stay.

It was in a great location, modern, very comfortable.

The room is big and clean. Shower is separate from the toilet and sink. Has a slightly see though small tinted window to the room. Location is good, but nothing in Modena is far if on foot. We had no issues with the app access, once it was bugged but opening and closing the app helped. No need for the app to go outside

There is no option for luggage storage since it is a studio apartment with no in person service. Access via app, can be a bit complex or non functioning
