La casa era perfettamente pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi, parcheggio comodo, host molto gentile e disponibile

Чистота, комфорт, общение с хозяином, близость огромного супермаркета, удобный трансфер от жд прям до дома на автобусе 4. Достаточное количество полотенец. Тепло, работали батареи. Можно постирать все свои вещи с дороги (есть машинка стиральная и средства для стирки) и все высушить на батареях или на сушилке на балконе. Рекомендую 100%!

Parking was private and in a safe location. The bus linking to downtown Modena is only 20 meters away. Wifi speed couldn´t be better at almost 1GB/sec. The owner was always available to solve any minor problem we might have.

Clean, new, and secure room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We bought ragu and fresh pasta from the market and cooked in the room. Fantastic Our host was very friendly and attentive. Great guy

The host was super nice. The apartment looks exactly as described (and clean). There is a washer-dryer that actually works. The bed is comfortable and quite big. The waterfall shower has a great water pressure. The next supermarket is quite close. My fiancé did a Webex video call and the internet is super fast and reliable.

We were told on Thursday evening when we checked in that painters would come the following Monday to start painting. Friday and Saturday were horrificly loud because they built up scaffolding around the entire building, including drilling tools used at 7:21. We didn't sleep well at all and it was so noisy it went through noise-cancelling headphones. Not great, we wish we were told in advance, not on the day of the check-in.
