No communication or response available when our flight was delayed, over charged, no toilet paper or towels in one room and two of our group had to walk to another place because no rooms available.

This property was advertised as a 1-bedroom apartment, but in reality, it was just a basic room lacking even the most essential amenities. There was no fan, no air conditioning, and no TV. The absence of a mosquito net or proper ventilation made the nights extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the internet was barely functional. To make matters worse, I experienced bed bug bites that led to skin irritation, and the so-called breakfast resembled something out of a prison cafeteria. This stay was far below expectations and certainly not worth the money. I would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made—seriously, don’t do it. It got to a point where I was scared to sleep because of bed bugs or mosquito bite.

We only liked the look of the property.

Terrible management. The unprofessional manager took too long to check us in, and one guest before our check-in just left because of his inefficiency. They don't supply towels, trash bins, etc. The common kitchen downstairs is dirty, roaches seen a few times, few strange guys were hanging in the kitchen and lobby area all the time.
