I had an exceptional experience at Blue Waves Lodge, largely thanks to Matu. Her service was outstanding – friendly, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She handled everything with professionalism and a warm attitude that made the stay feel personal. The lodge itself was exceptional too. Clean, well-maintained, and well-run. Great service from the front desk to housekeeping. If you’re looking for great hospitality, Blue Waves Lodge delivers, and Matu is a standout staff member.
