The location is convenient but everything else is a turn off for me.

The room had no towels. It was already evening when I realized and the hotel staff were unreachable. Never have I ever been to a hotel where towels were not offered, anywhere in the world! The bedding had stains, paint on the walls is peeling off. The fact that the front desk is a foreign national is another reason to not spend any more of my money on this hotel. This is not a scarce skill.
