A piece of paradise on a hill with beautiful views surrounded by friendly sheep. We loved the place, it was very well furnished, with a full kitchen, including basic cooking supplies, and the most relaxing interior, aside from the natural beauty of New Zealand. A great stay on the way from/to the Southland.

"Peaceful, stunning views and high end accomodation"

Absolutely beautiful scenery and little cottage. Everything was very luxurious, from bedding to heated bathroom floors, it was a divine little place to stay. Sheila and Duncan have provided everything you need! It's immensely peaceful here - you wont regret booking! Wish we could have stayed longer and settled in with a book! Bring your own food as there isn't anything nearby (except athol pub maybe 10 mins away thurs- sun)

It was the best experience we had during our trip! Sheena and Duncan are very nice and kind. We enjoyed feeding their sheep, which is very Kiwi experience and special for us. We want to comeback this place someday:)
