The location is perfect. The counter staff, Azeem is very helpful and made us feel very welcome. They allowed us early check in and late check out due to low season.

Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe de cet hôtel pour leur gentillesse, leur patience et leur incroyable sens de l’accueil. Dès mon arrivée, je me suis sentie comme une invitée et non comme une simple cliente. Les trois personnes de l’accueil ont toujours été souriantes, disponibles et bienveillantes, et j’ai pu constater qu’elles étaient ainsi avec tous les clients. Une vraie hospitalité, sincère et chaleureuse. Merci pour votre accueil et pour ces beaux souvenirs en Ouzbékistan. Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés. 🇺🇿 Parfois, ce ne sont pas les monuments qui marquent le plus un voyage, mais les personnes que l’on rencontre. 🤍

Great location with a fantastic staff. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very nice and excellent laundry service.

L'emplacement, la décoration

Le lit n'était pas confortable le matelas était très dur, il y avait des insectes dans la salle de bain, nous étions au rez-de-chaussée et nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les rideaux car bcp de vis à vis entendions absolument tout, pas très reposant.. L'hôtel n'était pas propre et le petit déjeuner n'était pas top et pas très propre non plus d'ailleurs le ménage dans notre chambre n'avait pas été fait

Al Hayat is an excellent choice if you want to visit Bukhara with family and friends. It is a beautiful, boutique hotel with small number of rooms. It is efficiently managed by the family members who stay on the top floor. Due to this, each and every need of the guests is looked after thoughtfully, considerately, and respectfully. Rooms are neat and clean, nicely done up, and housekeeping staff is efficient, and ready to provide anything you need. Breakfast was sumptuous, with a lot of varieties of cereals, porridges, breads, eggs, non veg, savouries, sweets, dry fruits, fresh fruits, tea, coffee to cater to the needs of veg, non-veg both. Reception people are really helpful, respectful, and guide you appropriately to all the sites worth visiting. I would prefer it more than a 4 star or a 5 star hotel due to their personalised services.
