Harbour View Guest House

we loved our stay at harbour view guest house. it was very well equipped, clean, the host even provided expensive branded soaps and bath robes and slippers. it felt even better than a hotel room. we were also given many slices of bread and milk and a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook your own meals. Some of the heaters were not working very well so the host brought in extra portable heaters for us as well. a huge bonus is the excellent view of the harbour from the apartment. we absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it to everyone.

Good choice of cereals ,but a small loaf of bread would have been good ,as we had the butter and preserves in the complimentary baskets provided . Amazing lovely guest house overlooking the harbour at a distance , It was spotlessly clean and well decorated , fantastic stay and we had a great time .

The double bed mattress was very soft and springy and noisy. The light that came on in the bathroom when you went in and stayed on for several minutes , it was not necessary but impossible to turn off . We were very lucky to have the parking bays to ourselves but had the other two cars turned up it would have been very tight to park

The cleanliness & little extra bits that were offered. Loved the coffee machine. Also in the porch there was plenty of beach type stuff which we used. Good asset.

No heating or hot water. Apart from the shower which was electric.. The boiler had apparently broken down. It was a bit pokey no windows in the bedroom. On their advert they advertise parking but when I rang it wasn't guaranteed although we did get a space.
