"We love this accomodation and will be back again!"

It's very quiet and dark during the night as it's a remote location.

The Wifi didn't work during the day; it only came back on Saturday night around 11pm until 8am. Then it stopped working again. Maybe a point of attention....

We enjoyed the peacefulness, games/cards on our down time. Washing machine was a bonus for us and Karen baked us some anzac cookies on Anzac Day which were amazing! Thank you so much for your hospitality, would recommend 100%

"A charming and hospitable riverside hideaway close to Whanganui"

Karen was a super host! The cottage is lovely. Just what we wanted: a charming and comfortable place to take an overnight break on our road trip to Wellington from Taupō. When we arrived she had lovely cakes awaiting and even went the extra length to make sure one was gluten-free. It was fresh-baked and AMAZING! Our fridge was stocked with everything we would want to wake-up to for breakfast: fresh-squeezed OJ, delicious fresh fruits, cereals and breads (with gluten-free options), tea, coffee ... the works. We left feeling recharged. As we were leaving, Karen invited us to pick a few apples from her lovely orchard for our ride to Wellington. Our stay at Pin Oaks was simply perfect.

We liked everything about Pin Oaks.

"Beautiful stay with amazing hosts."

Absolutely beautiful property. The amazing little details put together by the host made it so special. The home baking and wide range of coffee and tea were exceptional. The fresh juice in the fridge was lovely. The games and books were a fantastic addition. The host Karen was so inviting and friendly from the moment we got there she made us feel welcomed. The dogs were a treat and the beautiful surroundings we such a treat.

Absolutely nothing. There is nothing I could fault on this property.
