Apartment doesn't have much natural light as there are windows only on one side, but that's a minor thing. In the summer it's probably even a good thing in keeping the apartment cool.

MTBica Cozy apartment is an apartment in a really good spot in Lisbon. There are steps to reach the apartment but it wasn't an issue on a day-to-day basis. only when arriving (trying to find the apartment with luggage) and leaving. I would suggest the host to explain the guests where best to stop with a taxi to be as close as possible. Location is close to some bars and cafes although from the door inwards you do not hear anything. Apartment had everything including a coffee machine and dishwasher. Would have appreciated a washing machine as well for a long stay. wi-fi was good. there is an Auchan just 5 mins away which very convenient.
Apartment is on the ground floor with only one window to the outside that you can barely open during the day/night due to noise from passers by and/or road works. it felt/smelt humid and not fresh at all - mostly due to it not being open to the outside. there is no AC, and no washing machine. Would have a appreciated more towels or offering a change in towels after two nights. similarly for the trash - maybe some guidelines on how to dispose of it/ or offering to collect it. i believe the bed sheets are in need replacement - they do not feel fresh at all.
GBGood space for a couple
The ventilation and sunlight is really poor, specially in the bedroom. Some smell of humidity and and also a bad smell coming from the Toilet.
BRGostamos do espaço em si, bem equipado, reformado. A localização muito boa, cozinha tinha tudo que precisávamos. Água quente nas torneiras, cápsulas de café, roupas de cama e toalhas.
Somente no primeiro dia que tivemos dificuldade com o chuveiro, que na verdade é uma ducha a gás, entao no segundo banho a água nao esquentou. Nós outros dias funcionou normal. Uma dica que ajudaria muito é mudar de lugar a ducha pois durante o banho por o espaço no box ser muito pequeno, fica desligando o chuveiro pois esbarramos muito por estar na mesma direção. E tambem colocar uma prateleira ou algo dentro do box para que possamos colocar shampoo, sabonetes e itens pessoais. Fora isso a estadia foi muito boa, quando voltarmos, ficaremos novamente nessa hospedagem. Sugerimos tambem melhorar o horario do check-in, na maioria das hospedagem em Lisboa o check-in é as 14:00.

Destul de umed si frig in Ianuarie, wi fi avea un semnal foarte slab in dormitor.
ESLa limpieza,cama,baño,tocdo en general,mi mujer y yo nos hemos sentido como en casa,la ubicacion excelente,centrica y cerca de todos los sitios de interes,muy bien equipado,,no le faltaba de nada,sin duda,volvere,lo recomiendo 100x100

ITOttima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla zona universitaria. Zona comunque tranquilla. Coerente con le foto e la descrizione.
