Perfect location on the edge of the lake. Stunning views. Great to have the ability to park the car.

We booked a lakeside room and had beautiful, sweeping views of Lake Como. Or room was spacious, and all areas of the hotel were very clean. All staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful.

Pillows were a little flat and didn't provide enough support and comfort.

The place was excellent, a wonderful location in a small town on the lake side (Argegno); connections are not great, boats and buses are often late and jump off their shift (or maybe we just had an unlucky stay); however, if you have the car, you don’t have the issue. The Villa is beautiful: there is a lovely dehor where to have a lovely dinner or breakfast, and the view from the room is just outstanding. We had a few issues with our room, as the heaters did not work and we had a little baby with us with a bit of cold, but they did not hesitate a minute to change the room for us. Friendly, professional staff, super available, we had also a lovely dinner. An extremely pleasant stay. I would recommend it 100%

The room was so tiny. Not at all as shown in the pictures. I know the pictures can be a little different but the room was all together a different one. Very very small.

The location was beautiful and the facilities were amazing. Access to the ferry and bus station were very close and easy to reach. Sara and Erika at reception were very helpful

The hotel is in a little town Argegno that has restaurants, a cute boutique store, boat rentals, coffee shops, ferry, and more. The restaurant LA PIAZZETTA WAS AMAZING. You walk out of the hotel and you are steps away from everything. The hotel is right on the water and the views from my room were beautiful. We rented a boat with a captain that gave us a tour of the Lake. They were really nice and made it fun. Highly recommend doing this. This hotel is very clean and I highly recommend staying here.

So close to ferry, bus and lots of restaurants etc ….. view from bedroom right onto lake Como

WiFi was terrible and also a lot of private parties hosted so two of the days I could not go into the bar

We loved the view from our room and proximity to town and ferry. It was so easy to jump on the ferry and explore the lake or find a great place for lunch or dinner.
