Fabulous location and stylish, clean, compact apartment in an Italian palace! Very good host who was super responsive and helpful with recommendations during our stay. Especially the delicious pizza!

The location is perfect, right on the edge of the old town but quietly recessed. Host was attentive and very quick to respond.

Lovely old building and within the old part of Monopoli so easy walking to see the sites.

A lot of stairs to climb. Ok for us, but may be difficult for others.

Perfect location in the old Town, close to bars & shops in beautiful building, clean, comfortable, spacious apartment with everything you need. Great communication with the host. Tasty Italian breakfast in the nearby cafe. We recommend!

The bathroom needs a little renovation.

we agreed to take the keys from another pers. all was ok. the breakfast was at a cafe near by and we had really nice croissants. the ap. was in the center and close to restaurants. it was overall really nice except from some minor issues

the chair in the kitchen was broken, my friend fell off and luckily she didn't get hurt. the bathroom was not that modern. the sink was painted with some paint to cover old sink. the shower was leaking water. check out at 10 was a little bit early maybe at 11 or 12 since we are on vacation will help but not really a problem.
