Dimora a Palazzo

A stylish flat in the perfect location, well-equipped kitchen, nice little rooms. We got delicious breakfast (croissants and cappuccinos) at Café Napoli.

The bathroom needs renovation.

The place in the centre

The bath was history. .

Great location at the edge of the pedestrian old town. We arrived late after a delayed flight , lost luggage, :-( and a little difficulty finding a parking spot. Pietro , the owner waited for us and was there to greet us. Grazie mille Pietro. For parking I found the Parcheggio Gratuito near the port to be very convenient, not guarded but we left our rentalcar there for two nights with nilo problem (15 min max walking from apartment). We also liked the Italian breakfast provided every morning literally 1 min away at a local cafebar. Grazie mille Pietro. Also across the street Sfornando i Mangiando , a local bakery/pizza/sandwich place with excelkent "pizza farcita", a "stuffed pizza" which is not common in Italy. We were there in early April.(two sisters travelling together)

Nothing.

The location was really good, the vibe of the old town was perfect, the apartment was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The building was veeery nice. Overall a very good, highly recomnended.

Only some minor things: parking was a challenge, the 2 bedrooms had the same entrance and were not separeted by a door.

Great location right on the edge of the beautiful old town. Easy to communicate with host. Comfortable apartment in beautiful building.

Lack of window in the bedroom area which is separated from the living room by a curtain.

We loved the location, very close to everything and loved having a full kitchen.

Bathroom a little outdated

Perfect location in the heart of the city, still very quiet considering it's the city center. Balcony is quite small but you can access the rooftop terrace which is a plus. Air conditioning working well and will save you from the heat. Italian breakfast in the nearby cafe is a great solution. Host was very friendly and responsive.

For this price I would expect higher quality bathroom - the shower cabin was leaking and in general bathroom would require some renovating. Also, I'd suggest preparing some house rules for guests - we put our beach towels on the balcony which was forbidden as it turns out, issue could be easily avoided. Some instructions for the air conditioning and heating pump in the bathroom could also be included. As mentioned in other guests' opinions the apartment doesn't have two separate bedrooms, it is one room separated by a wall and a curtain, you can hear everything and see the light from the other room do probably more suited for a couple.
