INIt's a 2 bhk independent house. Maintained very well and neat. Host Mr.Cliff is superb. We had a peaceful stay.

INThe location was 1 to 1.30 hours away from main bangalore It is worth every penny, stay is so comfortable, you can accommodate even 10 members if you are only boys when the owner allowed. It feels like a complete home, you have each and everything is this house Stove, mixer, lot of vessels which are neat and clean, enough drinking water, refrigerator and things to clean the vessels, rooms and very neat and clean with enough towels and blankets You have so much space to spend inside the house itself, no television but have to appreciate that when you in trip and these things should not be encouraged. Each and everything is nearby only, you can get all the nonveg shops and supermarket and liquor shops and restaurants in walkable distance. Camera is placed inside the property for your safety, if you are getting small vehicle you can park inside but for the compact suvs and larger than that you cannot park inside but you can park the car in front of the house there is space. About the owner: so genuine and friendly good hospitality from him (easy to approach) thank you Clifton sir for this wonderful stay with reasonable (less)price❤.
The thing which cannot be avoided There is a marriage hall nearby and if you want to buy anything at the night/evening time it may feel bit discomfort for girls (not for boys)only at the function time. This is not a big deal just FYI. Overall place is very safe.
INthe host was ready to receive me and my family beyond the check-in hours. the host was very approachable and helped us get to the location. providing necessary information about the place and city. the property has all necessary amenities for a very cosy comfortable stay.
