INWe were a group of 4 friends visiting this place, and all of us loved it. It is a great place with all the basic house hold amenities and spacious and in a residential area (quite and peaceful). The owner is a cool guy, never called once to check up on. I would definately recommend if you are looking for a quite and peaceful stay for a while in Bangalore.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable apart from that every thing was great.
