Very central, well equipped and laid out. Close to shops and restaurants.

Nice spacious apartment. Great shower. Easy to find and only a short walk from the station and the town. Tea and coffee provided.

The people upstairs very noisy.

Location was excellent in Central Ipswich. Easy access to the town and facililties. The flat is very well equipped for basic meal style self catering.

We would prefer to have access to a dishwasher. Also being coffee snobs we didnt pick up that there was an inducrion plate in the flat (so our aluminium mola pot did not work) and no coffee plunger nor nespresso pod machine so non access to our fix. The only options was instant or to outsource, which are not our preferences. The mattress on the bed does need looking at - not the best we have come across. These are critical comments which are detractors against what is a really nice well equupped flat which most likeky fits the needs of most.

Bed could've been a bit comfier.

The accommodation was very clean and well laid out. Had all the comforts of home. We felt like we were in our flat. An older building with historic features but well complimented with modern touches. Will definitely be booking again.

It's located on a bus route and close to town center. Can be slightly noisy with shouting and the buses going by.
