One Bedroom Flat Central Ipswich

Very comfortable and well equipped

A party in the next building but that may be the drawback of staying in the Christmas period

The property was cute and comfortable. It was perfectly situated for our trip and easily walkable to tons of food and entertainment options. Having a washing machine on site was also a huge pro for us, since we were able to launder items in the middle of a week trip. Instructions were provided for all appliances etc.

The couch was a little small and hard for lounging, but this is a pretty minor gripe considering that the unit was beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located.

The flat was beautiful and spotless ,in the city centre and u really enjoyed my stay and look forward to using this apartment in the future the

The location was perfect for us because of a concert attendance in the Corn Exchange and we wanted to travel by train to Ipswich The flat was beautifully equipped, in very good condition and the decor was perfect. Better than expected. Easy to shop for food in M. & S and go shopping. Hosts extremely helpful in answering our questions before we travelled and good to have contact details if needed, although they weren’t needed. We felt hosts cared about us.

We think the flat needs some sound insulation from the road. On Friday night there was a lot of noisy traffic outside which meant we were not able to sleep well. Not so much the Friday night revellers as the heavy traffic. Maybe some secondary glazing might help.
