Excellent location, very near to most the places we planned to go.

The process of collecting the keys was incredibly troublesome and confusing—it felt like going on a treasure hunt. Upon arrival, we were required to fill out a regulation form, where the owner disclaimed any responsibility for death, injuries, or other mishaps. It would have been nice if guests were greeted with a simple gesture like a welcome card or some chocolates. We paid over RM1,000, yet not even 4-5 bottles of mineral water were provided, which cost less than RM1 per bottle. The level of stinginess from the owner was quite disappointing. The queen bed was only provided with 2 pillows, while the single bed came with just 1. The standard for most homestays or hotels is 2 pillows per guest. Even hospitals don’t skimp to this extent. The location was also less than ideal—hidden far at the back and accessible only through residential areas. A homestay at Sunway Onsen would have been a much more strategic and convenient choice. To top it off, the owner demanded a RM300 deposit and only processed the refund three days after checkout. Considering the lack of basic amenities like extra pillows and bottled water, along with the slow refund process, this experience fell far below expectations.
