MYMYThe booking process was seamless. The host is super helpful and easy to deal with. From checking in to checking out, the process is easy with their easy step by step procedure. Although this is our first time, it didn't feel hard or feel at lost. About the homestay that we booked, it felt like HOME. Everything was provided, it's super clean and the interior is nice. The facilities there were beautiful and modern with spectacular views of the mountains and caves. I will definitely come again with my family.
Maybe the host could add some mirrors in the house. Not a big issue but its convenient for people to get ready and putting their makeup/hijab. The only mirror available is in the bathroom.

MYthe water play ground not function.. we view at booking .com.. the photo all looks nice.. then we book.., hope the management..of The Cove ipoh hillside.. n said that the water play not function..the photos lies..in our eyes..please guys..don't get cheated .. but the accommodation..was superb. the staff really friendly..can answered u any times.. we come for kids happiness but really disappointed. with that water playground...j
MYMy family and I had a good stay at the Cove Ipoh by JomStay. We booked 2 units - duplex and an apartment. We had enough beds for our big family. The place is nice, clean and very comfortable. My kids enjoyed using swimming at the pool. We were lucky to be given three access cards which allow us to park inside the residence.
This was my second stay at The Cove, Ipoh. Two things that I think are worth mentioning: First: during our visit, the children water section was under maintenance so it was quite disappointing for my kids not being able to play and use the facilities. Second: There is a no ‘airbnb and no homestay’ policy enforced at this residence. So think carefully before you make your decision to book this place for your staycation. If you’re fine with the risk then please proceed with your booking.
MYthe house was clean. very very clean. no smells on sheet or stains. location was near to aeon kinta city and all other attractions: lost world tambun. all within 10-15mins. the view was very very good. the highest peak for the entire ipoh town and the view of the limestone mountain was too good to be true.
there were many banners saying NO HOMESTAY AND NO AIRBNB. so it makes u feel very wrong to stay there.
