Actually I am very upset with the room. It was extremely smelly, and both toilets had urine stains and feces that were not cleaned properly, which clearly shows that the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Since you charged RM89 for cleaning, I expected a much better level of cleanliness. The spoons and forks in the kitchen were rusty, the table was broken, and the bathroom sink was heavily stained. Overall, the condition of the room was very disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. I am really not satisfied with the stay and do not feel that it was worth the money we paid. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary action. I would also appreciate your response regarding how this issue can be resolved.

I love the quiet environment and friendly security. Location is a great abundance of food spoiled for choice. Had a wonderful 4 nights stay. Thanks Cheers

Horrible experience!

The unit was in a total unhygienic mess when we arrived. Dirty towels everywhere. Undone beds with very dirty looking bedding. Nothing like the pictures. Very unprofessional customer service. When contacted the customer service, they said they forgot to send cleaners to clean up the unit! I had to book another hotel on the spot for myself and my family. Horrible parking spot that is not easily found and high chance that you get locked inside the parking if you mistakenly go to a different level and you’re forced to pay a high fee to get out of the car park.
