Stayed at Silverscape Residence Melaka recently. Overall okay for the price, but got room for improvement. The good part — it’s affordable, the view is really nice, and the bed was comfortable, so sleep was quite good. Parking also very easy, which is a big plus in Melaka. Response from management/staff was quite fast whenever we needed help. Cleanliness was acceptable, nothing terrible, but can definitely be improved. If you have the time- I would 💯 recommend you spend time at the pool. The view is excellent.

The downside is the place feels quite aged and tired already. Building and facilities look like they’ve seen better days, and some amenities are not maintained very well. Water pressure was weak, towels provided had holes/tears, and the body wash was empty, which honestly should have been checked before guest check-in. Room also could have been cleaner. Overall, if you just want a budget stay with a nice view and comfortable bed, it’s okay lah. But don’t expect hotel-standard maintenance or facilities. Suitable for short stay if expectations are managed.

The renters were very nice and easy to communicate. They helped us with everything. I’ll be back

The view from the 32nd floor was good. Two bathrooms was good. Lots of car park bays.

Firstly, the price was really attractive but we did not notice the clause re additional charges might apply. And when the booking was complete, the price had almost doubled because of the cleaning fee. I would say this was dishonest. The instructions for access could be clearer. There was a problem with the communication with the service management. The building felt a bit eerie due to the absence of people around. The pool looked as if it had not been cleaned for a long time. It was like a building that appeared to have been neglected. The reality did not live up to the sales pictures. And there was mild on the edge of the bath tub. Beds were comfortable but bed linen was not crisp. There was no coffee/tea which is surprising given this comes automatically with letting these days. Overall quite disappointing and would not recommend.
