Location. Cleanliness. Friendly staff who are trying very hard to accommodate many requests made by guests. Not easy as it is peak period.

No breakfast; despite restaurant on site or nearby. Short-staffed.

Look it's cheap. Probably expected to much for the money. Staff were very polite and helpful

Cleaning a bit under par for myself but others may not care

The only thing that was good was Varani at reception. She was very helpful and polite.

The whole hotel is more like a backpackers hostel not a hotel at all. Be very cautious when booking here as the tv doesn’t work, rooms and bathroom with mould and very dirty, really needs and good clean with bleach to get rid of the smell and dirtiness. Beds and dated need a refresh and new mattress as you sink into the bed when sleeping. A lot of the rooms need new bathroom fixtures such as new handles for taps and toilets need to be fitted with proper toilet seats as the rooms we had the toilet seat did not fit the toilet properly. There is no hot water in this hotel and there is so many taps to use and you have no idea which tap is for what. Mosquitos are a real issue here was well as there is an open drain out the front of the hotel. The room rate they are asking to stay here is not worth the money at all. Overall a very bad hotel to stay at.

Vi er en familie på fem og hadde to rom. Badet på rommet til ungdommen fungerte ikke. Ikke dusjen, vasken eller wc. Vi ga beskjed flere ganger. De sendte noen for å sjekke og sa at alt var bra, men ingenting fungerte likevel. Ungdommen måtte derfor bruke vårt bad de tre nettene vi bodde der. Bestillingen vår på Booking var heller ikke registrert når vi ankom hotellet på natta. Dette tross at jeg fikk bekreftelse på at bookingen var ok. Heldigvis hadde de ledige rom der vi ble plassert. Mulig noe av problemet var der at vi fikk rom som ikke var i orden De prøvde også å belaste oss to ganger for klesvasken. Dette tror vi skyldes manglende rutiner.

Central location. Nice to have a cold beervat the bar downstairs.
