Pearl Island Inn

Location is superb, within walking distance from the railway station and to Jaffna Market. There is also a restaurant that is very popular with the locals, associated with the hotel. Great food! Staff is friendly but not always at the reception.

My door knob was loose on both sides, my door could not open properly, it got stuck at about 45 degrees due to uneven flooring. Spotted a flying cockroach in my room. Window in the toilet was left opened so I was bitten by mosquitoes through the night.

The rooms are generally comfortable. The service is commendable, and the staff are courteous. The pricing is reasonable, making it a good value for the cost.

Clean, conveniently located.

The showers - pretty horrible. Very little water comes through the hot water system and doesn’t heat up quick. Not ideal for women travelers with long hair to have a quick shower.

Washroom is very clean it's the more importan matter

Nothing to say great. No closets to hand clothes. Cannot find house service. Very poor internet. Bad Bedframes and Bed.
