Staff- very friendly and helpful

Room was spacious and comfortable. Good bed, good pillows and clean sheets. The AC worked well, hot shower and good bathroom. Clean and comfortable by Western Standards! Laundry services had our clothes smelling fresh and clean! Easy walk to bus station and to markets to explore and find restaurants. Very professional hotel staff, they were attentive and made sure our needs were met! The balcony is connected to a common outdoor balcony for all the rooms. We didn't use it as we spent most of our days outside anyway!

The location was perfect - close to bus-and train station, 15 min walk distance Very good food, served by very friendly and helpful staff. We appriciated the bar at first floor where we could enjoy a cold beer. We were satisfied with the room - fan, cooler, shower with hot water

We didn’t like smoking in the bar area. The wifi were not useable

Central location but quiet. Good value. Very nice owner.

Location and restaurant were good.

We asked for a room with a patio. The patio door was locked plus it was all covered with rubbish from the next door building site.

very clean, good location and a very helpful staff. was impressed to find a hotel of this caliber in Jaffna. definitely thumbs up
