La Torre

This was a superb modern spacious and clean apartment with every comfort. We had been left gifts of food and drink that were much appreciated. It had been decorated wth an Easter theme. The views from the apartment were delightful. Tarquinia is a gem of a town with its Etruscan tombs, museum and is a quiet and interesting hilltop village. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very clean and modern accommodation, beautiful and new furniture and bathroom, there is a private parking. The only difficult - you need to climb the stair...

The location and views of structures, gardens, rooftops, so lovely. My sister and I enjoyed the two spacious separate rooms with ample closets and great windows with modern hardware. We liked that we could leave the car parked and do everything on foot from the place. We loved the quiet mornings and the small but perfectly appointed kitchen. Lovely little balcony. Bathroom had great water pressure and lots of space was left in drawers for makeup, etc. Really a place we would happily come back to!

The proprietors never mentioned their names in communications, so you feel like you're talking to "the management," which makes things slightly impersonal. I personally enjoy knowing with whom I'm conversing in places I am in a text thread with, but that's hardly a deal breaker because the rest was just so spot-on you don't even need to converse about questions after you've arrived...it's all easy and good-to-go.

Beautifully appointed, spacious and sparkling clean apartment steps away from historic Tarquinia. We enjoyed the lovely private balcony throughout the day and evening. Simone and Dino were responsive, warm, and so very welcoming as hosts. The location allowed easy access to Rome by train and day trips by car to local sites.
