Gemütliches Zimmer mit guter Lage zum South West Coast Path, Sennen Cove und Land‘s End. Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle direkt nebenan. Geteilte Küche und Bad waren super ausgestattet und sauber. Lew habe ich leider nicht getroffen, aber Kommunikation über WhatsApp war sehr flexibel und freundlich.

Lage an der Hauptstraße, aber zum Glück wenig Verkehr und mit Ohrstöpseln kein Problem. In Land‘s End auch kaum anders möglich.

While we expected to share the facilities with another guest/s, what we didn't expect was the owner sleeping in the lounge. This left no common area to use during the night.

unclear when booking it will be a shared bathroom and living area ( doesn’t say anywhere unless you look deeply) we decided to stay elsewhere as we were unhappy about this - host also apparently lives in and sleeps in living area while guests are there which is a very strange set up. we found a very nice hotel with free breakfast and spa for £5 more a night! very very unhappy - host was also at the property an hour before supposed check in time cooking in the kitchen and said the area was ‘fucking shit’ unprofessional and not value for money at all

Should have read the reviews and description more closely. Booked in a hurry. The owner lives at the property which i didn't expect or would have expected from a booking.com property, maybe from an airb&b. Shared bathroom and living area /kitchen which from the pictures I presumed was private for us. Had i realised i definitely wouldnt have booked this property. We had dogs who were disturbed when owner arrived back home in the evening No tv in the bedroom or even in the living area, no mirror or dressing table. Very basic. 4 tiny hand towels provided for us both to use. All in all wasn't what we expected. Lesson learned.

We were misled by description that this was a bedroom with en suite, in an apartment where we would be sole occupants. Bedroom is in someone’s flat. Occupants food in kitchen, kitchen bin full of rubbish and dirty dishes in sink. dirty clothes in lounge area, dirty towel and soap in bathroom. No privacy. And people moving around in kitchen and bathroom until after midnight. Nothing to like.

I got no sleep due to occupants in and out kitchen and toilet until early hours. Noises of them having sex. Then moving around again at 5.15am. Bathroom was shared which is not clear on description. Access to bathroom through kitchen. Bed had clean linen but it was old, tired and all creases. Towels were the size of hankies (small hand towels) and very old. I spoke to landlord regarding the occupant and he was dismissive saying he had sent a message explaining the setup. He had send a message at midday on day of arrival which we didn’t get cos we were travelling. Description of the occupant living in flat is buried deep in description and hard to find, disgraceful situation. We had no where else to go. This is not a nice place to stay.
