La piscina poca profundidad y sin señalización de la poca profundidad, la comida es regular. El hotel me cobró traslado del aeropuerto y en Booking decía que traslado aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto era gratuito
HNExcelente atención en todo el Hotel, las comidas a tiempo y de buen gusto, todo bien planificado y la liempeza de una forma excelente, si lo recomiendo para que visiten ese hotel

Very clean great food friendly staff
USLocation was great.
We had no running water for two days. Every excuse was given but no solutions. We came for a wedding and couldn’t even shower. Power continuously went out. Food was okay. Bugs in the rice with milk. Ran out of towels, yet will charge you $25 per towel.
HNThe food was just okay — nothing special. There should be a menu for small children, and it would be nice to have the option of a different menu style in case the main dishes aren't to my liking. I would have appreciated more variety or more options in general. The desserts were all the same, which was disappointing. Also, I didn’t like that the juices were from the brand Quanty.

At first, the phone number didn't match the one from the website, I tried like 5 different numbers, and I waited at the airport for over an hour, so i decided to get a taxi, the room was big, but the furniture was duty, with stains, shower not clean, request something and ataff took a lone time to answer, some of the staff said the they know service is bad, because not enough staff. Im not booking there anymore.
