HNHNHNThe staff was courteous and very helpful, they are very attentive and help us alot, more that i was expecting.
The food was somewhat repetitive and sometimes bland.

SVUSFood was excellent- lots of options. Place was nice with a beautiful set up. Staff was friendly. Beach set up was incredible.
My hotel room was dingy and dimly lit. The bathrooms were old and had no counter space. The toilet paper was so thin. Shampoo/conditioner was combined and came in ketchup packets (women - bring your own hair stuff!!). Room cleaning was not great.

CAit has a great beach location. the staff is very friendly and helpful, but I found the entertainment staff caterers more to the Spanish speaking people
-The food was poor (not enough choices) some nites there was nothing that was even interesting. -the place is in poor shape , my balcony had rotten boards in many place and I wondered if one day it would collapse. - Didn’t have running water one morning. - maid dint show up til 5pm when she decided to show up at all. my second last nite she didn’t show up at all then the next nite (when I was sick all day but got out of my room for it to be cleaned) I came back to my room at 4:30 and the maid is sitting on the stairs on her phone. I waited but after 15 mins I went to bed sick, she knocked on my door 45 mins later but I didn’t get up, I was feeling so poorly. she would make my bed and change my towels but never swept the floor. -you were never given bottle water, soap, toilet paper in your room unless you asked. I stayed here many times but will not return to the same hotel again. - on cruise ship days there are too many chairs rented out, which makes it hard to find a chair to lay on - the new beach chairs they’ve invested in are the worse chairs to lay/sit on and the pool chairs are even worse. Maybe who ever is responsible for buying, should try spending a day or two on them.

everything lotta walking to get to the beach from your room pool was very rundown and gross we actually stayed at other hotels only went there to sleep

bathroom was real bad there was no hot water,the faucets were outdated and they had a lot of corrosion including the shower head. the restroom wall had couple big holes. they only had one iron for all the rooms ,you were just allow to use it for 30 min.
