Nice hotel conveniently located next to the train station. The room was clean and the family who owns it is very kind.

Excellent family-run small hotel a few steps from the train station. All new construction, exceptionally clean, accommodating owners and can help book local tours - such as to several caves (which are worth the trip). Strongly recommend!

Simple cheap hotel very close to the train station. Don't expect any luxuries. Room was reasonably clean, bed a bit hard, shower oke. No breakfast available. Lady was friendly but does not speak any English. Cash only. Building is all concrete, stones and tiles, which makes it very noisy when other guests arrive or go. Rooster in the garden woke us up early in the morning. When we had to leave early in the morning for the morning train to the north, the owner/lady was still sleeping and they had lockee all exit. We had to wake them up so we would not miss the train. All in all good for 1 night if you can live with a simple room-bathroom combination.

We needed something close to the train station and we got it. The proprietors were very nice, they let us use a room in the morning way before checkin. It was cheap.

The room was a but cramped and very basic. It was not very clean and my family said it smelled (not to me, but I had a cold).

Great location beside the train station. Comfy bed - we both had a great sleep. Good value.

Very bad smell in the bathroom. Gate locked which prevented us from leaving early morning when we had a train to catch - had to wake the owner who unlocked it for us but seems insane to have accommodation located next to a train station where trains run very early and then imprison guests. Would dread to think of the chaos in case of a fire. Most of the dropped stars in the rating are solely due to this ridiculousness. Owner knew we were leaving at 6am as we had informed the previous evening. Still locked the gate.

The owner was able to do our laundry for 60k and have it ready before our 5AM train. We borrowed a Yamaha Sirius motorcycle for 150k with no issues. 10 minutes to Dong Hoi center. It's 3 minutes to the train station by foot. We're able to store our bags in the room at 7AM, well before check-in. Fairly recently built/renovated.

Very little hot water and sink drain is smelly. Strange bathroom design overall. All acceptable considering the low price and location for one night.
