HUThe place is in a good location so it is noisy and you can hear the trains passing by at night.
We paid the full price but were locked out of both rooms. It was so unfair. We tried to contact him during this time but he saw the message but didn't reply. The hygiene was very poor, the sheets smelled moldy, there was nothing in the whole house, and the only bottle of water had expired several months ago. The bed was very small and of poor quality, and a 1.8-meter-tall boy's legs could be stretched out. The actual living environment did not match the Booking photos.

AEThe host was excellent and very helpful. Check in was easy and the apartment was excellent.
Since we were a family, small amenities like coffee, salt, pepper etc would have been good.
AUCould not fault anything about our wonderful stay at this lovely property. Sergio was so helpful....met us when we arrived, helped us park our vehicle, and even helped us with our luggage. He explained everything in the apartment and made sure we were comfortable before he left. The apartment had everything we needed - on the 10th floor - lovely views facing the river, Casino, shopping centre one block away, and Hop on Hop off bus almost at the front door. Perfect. Thanks again, Sergio.

IEThe location and the space were terrific. The host was excellent and went above and beyond to help us. I can not recommend him highly enough. We will stay again if we return to Lisbon.
