"A unique and fun accommodation."

Easy to find near the ferry dock with a parking lot just around the back of the hotel. Desk staff are welcoming and sparkly. We had a Victorian style loft suite overlooking the street which included a kitchen and fireplace. Port Townsend is very quiet after everything closes for the day so we slept well. Not many of these colorful old places around any longer; enjoy them while you can. It’s one of the joys of travel.

Using the stairs to access our room didn’t bother us at all but if you have any mobility challenges please be aware that an historic building like the Palace Hotel might not always contain elevators. Always check in advance.

Very clean!!!! Place was unique and loved all the antiques/history. Beds were very comfy and they had fans in room for air flow and to wash out other guest noise... work well... we had a very pleasant and enjoyable time. We will be back and will recommend to others. We were most impressed with how clean this place was, especially the size if it. We topped the girls an extra $30 for worming so hard on keeping it clean.

Elevator/Coffee Bar in lobby to enjoy wandering and hanging out in the hotel without grabbing coffee from room. We will try and book ocean view next time. But liked the uniqueness of all the rooms as well.
