The Palace Hotel

Beautiful room.

Fantastic quirky in a lovely way restored Victorian hotel. The rooms are beautiful. We had a loft room , outstanding space

A warning , no lifts , although it clearly says that. There are a lot of stairs , but very easy ones

Unexpectedly, they had a parking lot so we didn't have to find street parking! Comfy beds with variety of pillows! Shower with body jets! Historical and comfortable! Beautifully decorated! We could walk to all the shops and great resaurants within a block!

Although there were shades, the room got quite bright pretty early in the AM. Blackout curtains, or better yet and cheaper fix would be to have some disposable sleep masks available!

The mattresses were very comfortable, the staff person was friendly when we checked in. Location in the heart of Port Townsend was great.

I was fine about the two flights of stairs, but some people might not be. When we checked out, the staff person did not smile or acknowledge me.

The only thing since I’m a little older, the stairs were a challenge. But I just took them one at a time. It was worth the effort because I got to the room and I was just in awe. It was very beautiful.
