it's ok for this price: no bags, aircon works, wi-fi works, hot water in the bathroom, hot & cold water in the kitchen

the strong smell of wetness and mold. it made me feel allergic.

Owner doesn't care about you as a guest - just wants money for every single little request while not paying attention to the facilities (which are in poor condition). I had spider webs and bugs in my room which was right next to the street. There were wasp nests on the metal bars in my room which act as a window because there's no glass btw. If you can spend a bit more, please just choose another place to stay.
