"Really cosy place to stay for a short break."

We loved sitting on that balcony overlooking the marina. Supermarket and restaurants all within walking distance.

Kitchen surfaces were sticky and there were bits of food in the sink.

"Appalling from both managing agent and booking com never recovered"

Nothing couldn’t access arrived with all of our stuff for the weekend - no access code sent despite repeated chasing, wouldn’t answer phone or emails, no assistance from booking.com - 2 hours after arrival message from booking.com That booking cancelled and find yourself somewhere else to stay

Everything appalling service from managing agent and booking com - left us stranded in Brighton for 3 nights with no accommodation, peak season and pride weekend - refused to answer any messages WhatsApp or phone calls booking com did nothing to resolve issue just cancelled

"lovely weekend away"

amazing view and location (far away from brighton centre but perfect for a peaceful stay)

hob didn’t always work properly plus counters and appliances were sticky/ unclean. expensive for what you got

Bed was small but however slept comfortably, fan was handy and a good height. Really peaceful not much if any noise at all.

Sticky worktop, other people’s sauce dips ect had been left. Some random Yam 🍠 veg just chilling on the side. Outside chairs pretty much on there last legs.

"Don't bother.."

The view of the Marina is stunning!

We left..we didn't stay. We had no hot water ..damp towels.. sticky tacky kitchen worktop. If you thoroughly read the reviews we're not the first couple to register these complaints. The whole place needs a thorough deep clean. So 200.00 down on a nights stay ...yuck

"Amazing view but room for improvement"

The view

It was clean but felt dirty. Some items like the sofa and cushions, the footstool look as though animals have been on them and worn. Outside chair ripped to shreds it was a bit disappointing. The view was amazing though. The outside was not nice at all.

The view was great, everything was just like in the pictures, peaceful,There was everything you needed for your stay, from kitchen utensils, coffee, sugar and tea, to bathroom amenities.

There's nothing I don't like, I'd even be impressed.
