Tiny float home Brighton

It was tidy, cosy and it had everything you need. From a nice smart tv to an oven and also a washing machine, which was good for me cause i was doing hikes so afterwards i have washed my clothes. It was also very quiet. The view from the balcony is also very nice especially during the night. Anna was very helpful when i had questions and wrote back soon after i wroter her. I was there on my own but there will be enough space for two persons.

We liked everything about the property. The owner provides everything you can possibly need and adds nice little touches like leaving a couple of chocolates, mulled wine and milk in the fridge. It was lovely. Everything provided and the set up of the whole property is really well thought out. The views of the sea and marina are also beautiful.

I couldn't of had a better stay anywhere else, I go to lots of hotels and BnB apartments, and by far the most condiments and such a luxurious home stay lovely settings and beautiful views of the boats, just perfect, the host was exceptionally helpful great place great host! Many thanks I will definitely return!

There wasn't one thing I could complain about!

Cute and cosy little apartment,slap bang in the marina. Best views Fantastic location . So peaceful during our winter stay. surrounding area so clean and relatively new. Is like a gated community all part of the marina very nice. Watch the fishermen in the morning and the smart yachts being tinkered and pampered. All the people around were very pleasant, everyone had time to say good morning. Easy parking nearby Host was very responsive at any requests. Would definitely like to stay here again if I were to visit Brighton

Warm, welcoming and a lot of thought went into the little extras we wouldn't have expected. Easy to contact the owner who was very helpful. Bus service was excellent into Brighton

Nothing not to like tbh

Loved my stay here, such beautiful relaxing views of the marina from the balcony. The house itself was comfortable, cosy and had absolutely everything I could need. Lots of attention to detail.

Quite a long walk into central Brighton if that’s where you wanna be, but a nice walk nonetheless in the day time. Coming back and waking up to the marina views was worth the Uber back on the evening imo.

Really lovely decor, warm, cosy and fabulous views across the Marina. Thank you for the wine, that was so kind and unexpected. Great communication with Anna. We will definitely be back.

A few more utensils/cutlery would be handy. Maybe an air fryer as not all food can be cooked in the microwave or on the hob. Drainage in shower very slow, may need plunging.

The location was perfect, walking distance to the Broadwalk and a bus stop and short ride to the city centre . Host was on hand and was the perfect host

Facility could do with a really good deep clean, other than that it was just right for our weekend stay and I would use again
