"Relaxing and unique"

Cosy property with mezzanine bedroom. The location was perfect. Great views of the boats in the marina and sunrise and sunset photo opportunities. Balcony with deckchairs to relax in the sunshine. Useful bus stop close by for the seasonal open top bus tour to be able to visit attractions around Brighton and Hove.

Long walk to car park, but you can't have everything!

"unique holiday location with some drawbacks"

very cozy, great view and fantastic location. and a good starting point for excursions in the surrounding area.

the only thing that really bothered us, and we are perhaps a bit picky about this, was the cleanliness. unfortunately, the living room is only clean at first glance. the worktop and drawers in the kitchen were sticky and stained in places, dishes were still in the dishwasher, the tap was dripping, shelves were partly dusty and there was hair in the corners and on the sofa. The bathroom, however, was clean.

The location was beautiful with lovely views, Accommodation was perfect so cute, everything you could need and more, Anna was so friendly and helpful we was made to feel so welcome and comfortable will definitely stay again can't wait, a truely hidden gem

"Could be so much better"

Lovely views

The property is quite tired, the front door is hard to lock, leaking kitchen tap, and a blown worktop. No lighting a night from the car parking to the property is also not ideal for dogs as no green spaces around and again not an ideal walk to the dog beach in darker mornings or nights

Lovely outlook from the patio door and of course from the patio.Cute property enjoyed the `disco shower`.

"Lovely relaxing place to stay with fab views"

Amazing position with fab views of marina …..few issues with finding but all resolved very quickly

Broken deckchair on decking so both of us could not sit together in these so disappointing. Also was not advised regarding the parking barrier when leaving as was shocked to be charged £100 . Once again was resolved quickly by a short phone call
