Amazing views, amazing rooms, and amazing staff

Accomodation was good and the pool was nice and warm. Staff was very friendly and very quick in responding to our messages. They organized taxi for us. We rented scooter on the property.

This isn’t something that hotel is responsible for, but once you get off from the main road, the rest of the path to accommodation is not very good, but still manageable. I wouldn’t recommend walking to the city, you need a scooter, or get a taxi. Also if you are not comfortable with scooter, this road to the hotel can be a bit challenging.

Not clean room, almost broken door, destroyed room, pops of some small animal/insect in room.

Pool, staff is helpful

No breakfast , No any restaurant around. Road entrance to hotel is very very teriible and hard to find , very quiet, quite far from port. You have to rent a bike unless you cannot go anywhere !!.

Unfortunately the administrator wasn’t very responsive and sincere. We had few unpleasant situations… 1. She said us that through her we can rent a bike driver, so we did it, and got a deal for one price, but 30 seconds before departure she said higher price on purpose, so we had to say yes, otherwise our plans would be ruined. 2. The second thing is that in our room was very bad light, only 1 lamp out of 3 worked fine. It was very dark and we could barely see smth. So we asked her to change the lamp in our room, she smiled and said yes, but nobody did it. 3. In general if you want rent/order smth, better do it from your own, it will be 50k Indonesian rupees cheaper :) 4. The way to hotel pretty bumpy

Ellya was incredibly accomodating and a friendly host. She was genuine and ensured that we were getting a fair deal for the tours we had booked (Nusa Penida does not have ride-share and the primary mode of transport is booking private taxis, which Ellya was happy to organise for us) The rooms were comfortable, and the view from the pool is incredible! Great place to relax
