Le Green Village

The pool, room and bathroom looked very nice and just like in the pictures online. The staff at the spot was friendly. If you rent a scooter, you can quickly reach sone lovely restaurants and beaches.

The path leading to the property was very bumpy and dangerous by scooter. Without a scooter, you can’t really get around. Sadly there was no warm water at all.

Nothing

Not even the basic necessities were covered, none of the rooms had hot water and we didn't even have electricity. The last day there was no water in any room either. To top it off there were insects. The reception was always empty and they did not answer the phone. They did not assure the cleanliness of the room and the excuse for all the problems was that they could not occupy the room because they had a ceremony. There is no surveillance in the hotel and they asked us to leave the key in case they could clean the room at the end. The last day (of 3) we arrived and the door was locked and unlocked. We were waiting for 1 hour (without electricity) waiting for someone to answer the phone to come and open our own room. To top it off the access is so bad that even the cab didn't want to pass by the road, so if you are thinking of renting a motorcycle to get to and from the accommodation, you better be experienced. The accommodation manager will only give you excuses until the end of your stay not to refund your money. The last day he was supposed to be sick. I do not recommend it at all and for the price there are many other much better alternatives. I hope booking will take action.

The view on the volcano is really great, especially with the pool. The staff are very nice and helpful.

The access road can put some people off since it’s the easiest to drive even if you’re comfortable with a motorbike

View is great, room is ok, even if the table is not suitable to be a desk

The road to access is awfull, AC wasn't working fine (we couldn't switch it off and it was'nt fixed), swimming pool was not clean
