GBIt was so close to the beach and it was the perfect place for everything
They loud at night because of the night club underneath the bed wasn’t the best two mattress together and a gap in the middle.

It’s above a nightclub - in a student town! This is not stated on the listing, rather a bar is listed as an ‘amenity’ but they will message you the night before and say that they won’t accept refund requests for noise complaints as this is the case - so that you can’t cancel. Contacted booking.com / who weren’t helpful & then contacted the owners who just haven’t replied at all - which honestly I think is just bad and I wouldn’t have posted a review had some form of communication been returned.

Booked two rooms, the showers did not work in either of the two rooms. Exactly the same issue with both.. the water dribbled out of the shower a little but completely unusable.
