"Did the job for what we needed."

Location was good

The room felt run down and unloved. It also wasn’t cleaned very well the person before soap was in the shower with lots of hair.

"Cancelled my room at 7pm leaving me stranded"

Nothing.

Arrived at hotel. Wasn't sent any information. Once I arrived I phoned the contact number and they didn't have a room ready for me. I then received a text at 7pm telling me my room had been cancelled.

"awful, unable to sleep due to broken beds!"

The beds were broken, literally unusable ! rubbish under the beds, no tv remote, room covered in cobwebs, rooms are not the same as displayed on the booking.com images,
