At reception, we were greeted by the wonderful Martin. He did not hesitate to take on the task of getting our bags out of the car and up to our room. When we checked out, his expert advice on how to best view Fox Glacier was invaluable and made for a truly unforgettable positive experience. We thank him again via this review.

Whilst it was a larger than average room, the tiny sink and lonely kettle did not provide a good first impression. Faulty taps were a disappointment as was the black mould in the shower.

Large room, great bathroom, outside Balcony and covered parking. Nice lounge and laundry room.

Location

We were refused breakfast as we showed up for it only 10 min before closing (but breakfast was only until 9:00 am). I saw that other guests had same situation. As many people there are doing sports in the morning, also me, that was awful attitute

good size room, nice and clean

told at check in not to drink tap water but no bottled water provided. breakfast average at best. charging top dollar so should provide water and more variety at breakfast

Very clean, comfortable and well located

Quite ordinary breakfast. Although the room was very good, the price was excessive. we had equally good accommodations throughout NZ for less money.
