no AC or fans. extremely warm and stuffy and unable to sleep because of that.

close to main part of town, clean and tidy, comfy bed and nice bathroom, lovely staff!

we visited in summer and found the room got a bit warm, and only had a small pedestal fan

Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly.

To call it a boutique hotel is an overstatement. The interior decoration is kitsch and dated.(…purple vinil armchairs!!!!). The price should reflect the reality of the hotel and not what it purports to be.
