Красивый большой отель

Отель не первой свежести, есть спортзал - но за отдельную плату, сауна - тоже за отдельную плату. Странно, платить 350 долларов за номер и еще отдельно платить за все остальное

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber,die Zimmer sehr groß und schön, der Meerblick.

1.Völlig übertriebene Preise im Restaurant, 2.dringend Auto benötigt-vorab organisieren,da im Hotel keiner behilflich ist, 3.Personal freundlich,aber total überfordert mit jeglichen Fragen,Bitten,Wünschen,z.B.: Thema Mietauto konnten sie schlussendlich herausfinden,dass es in der Umgebung nichts gibt-hätten uns von einer Rezeption eine Problemlösung gewünscht..evtl.Kontaktherstellung usw. 4.Kommunikation kaum möglich,selbst mit Google-Japanisch-Übersetzer schwierig 5. Frühstück-wir kamen meist kurz vor 9-letzte Bestellung bis halb 10 möglich,am Buffet wurde oft nicht mehr aufgefüllt-obwohl alle Gäste obsthungrig waren,das Bestellen eines Extramenüs unnötige,zusätzliche Arbeit für den Koch,könnte man alles easy über das Buffet anbieten-dauerte oft lange. Beim japanischen Frühstück- in den vorhergehenden Hotels haben wir immer eine Erklärung dazubekommen, was uns gerade serviert wurde. 6. Gym und Sauna extra zu bezahlen (hatten wir auch noch nie) Strand ist da,aber sonst nichts (keine Schirme,keine Liegen,fühlt sich niemand zuständig 7. Von der Rezeption wurde uns auf Anfrage geschrieben, dass es vom Flughafen bis wenige Meter zum Hotel einen Bus gäbe. Dass dieser aber nur gelegentlich und schon gar nicht mehr nachts fährt,hatte auch keiner gewusst und mit dem Taxi kostet es dann doch mehr. 8. Keine Möglichkeit Wäsche die nicht in den Trockner kann,zu trocknen...Am Balkon unerwünscht Fazit: Wir glauben, dass das Hotel sich gerade erst aufbaut und nicht annähernd informiert ist,was Urlaubsgäste benötigen. Es gibt auch in keinster Form Flyer,oder Informationen über die Gegend,oder wo man Einkaufen oder Essen könnte-als würden die Angestellten die Gegend nicht kennen und wären selber neu hier. Ein Mann an der Rezeption konnte Englisch, aber er war leider nur in der Nacht zum Einchecken da,wo noch keine weiteren Fragen von uns auftauchten.

Right on the beach, waking up to a spectacular view (if it's not raining). Spacious apartments. The staff members are lovely, very pleasant, they do not speak english well but they try and with a smile. Restaurant has great food.

Honestly, I do not know why the ratings are so high. Yes, it's a nice hotel on a nice beach. But that is it. If you are unlucky like me and arrive in a middle of a typhoon, you will get bored very quickly because there is absolutely nothing you can do to kill the time. There is nothing to do in and out of the hotel there is a gym but it is nit free for hotel quests. Even on the nice days, you can relax at the beach but only on your towel - no sunbeds or sun umbrellas. You have a nice balcony but there is no lounge furniture. You have a kitchen but nothing except cups and glasses. Almost seems like they just opened it until everything was prepared. So taking all this intk consideradtion, seriously overpriced.

Fantastic seaside gem. The sea is right in front of your terrace! There's a beautiful, quiet beach. Unfortunately it's pretty rocky so bring water shoes. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the village, within a 20-30 minute walk from the property.

Avoid the restaurant. We got moldy fish.

The rooms are wonderful, spacious, beautifully minimalistic, clean and comfortable. Great bathrooms.

The facilities are not exactly what I had imagined when booking. First of all, there’s no service connected to the beach front. No beach chairs, no beach bar, nothing. There are no beaches close by foot that you can enjoy in that sense. Closest nice ones with chairs and umbrellas are 10-15 minutes away by car. I had also thought that the gym was included in the stay, which it was not. The fee is not too expensive, around 10 dollars per session per person, but still. Also the front desk could not help with something as simple as an iron for clothes nor an adapter.

Un vrai coup de cœur pour cet hôtel à Okinawa ! La chambre avec vue sur mer était absolument magnifique — on ne se lassait pas du paysage, du lever au coucher du soleil. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est également une belle surprise : des plats délicieux, un service impeccable, le tout dans une ambiance très agréable.

Seul petit regret : il manquait un salon de jardin sur le balcon, ce qui aurait rendu les moments face à l’océan encore plus parfaits. Mais cela n’enlève rien à la qualité du séjour. On reviendrait les yeux fermés !

The location was stunning and the accommodation was perfect. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves lapping the shore. So relaxing.

Nothing. It was everything we needed.
