Great location and very clean

- Location (too central) - there is a pub which plays very loud music till the morning, it's like the pub is next door. The quality of the music is also awful, so beware if you'd like to have a good night's sleep!

Perfectly located in the city centre, very kind host

The flat is next to a very loud pub with music until half past two in the morning. The flat would not suffer of fresh painting here and there.

Fantastic location and very friendly host. Clemente did his best to orientate us and to arrange a parking place. And believe me it's not that easy in Palermo historical center. In fact we were 100 m away from Teatro Massimo.

Probably the kitchen box need to be repaired. The rest, the room, the bathroom is clean and well maintained.

The room

VERY LOUD MUSIC FROM THE CLUB DOWNSTAIRS ALL NIGHT LONG! So if you wish to sleep at all at night I don’t recommend it. The location is good otherwise but I would never choose this local ever again because of the club downstairs that plays VERY LOUD music all night long. Closing the windows or earplugs don't help - you are surrounded by that extremely loud club music and cannot escape it. What is interesting I didn't see anything about this music in the previous reviews so maybe that is a new thing. Everything apart from that was all right but that club was enough to ruin our stay

The property had everything we needed for the week!

The location is amazing but you need to be aware that being in the city centre also means music until late.
