Corazon De Baler

This hotel is very close to the water so you can hear the waves while you lay in bed. The staff is very friendly and eager to help you. I felt so relaxed.

I believe they offer a food/meal service. Just ask the staff :)

The location and staff is very good!

The cleanliness is unfortunately not optimal. Security issues a Safe is missing, The balcony door isn’t locking properly - same the door lock isn’t fixed professionally as it should be!

The property exceeded our expectations! We were greeted warmly by the owners Cora and Mark and made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The view was better than the photos and the ocean breeze kept us cool throughout our stay. Caretaker Joey readily helped with our requests from renting a surf board to arranging our transport back to Manila on very short notice. Our 2-day stay was much too short and we will definitely return!

While I have nothing against larger resorts I much prefer the charm of a boutique stay and Corazon de Baler more than delivered on that front. Our spacious terrace room was tastefully decorated with a couch and large kitchenette that made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. The huge sliding doors exposed the incredible ocean view as well as gave quick access to both the plunge pool and some great surf breaks. Owners Mark and Cora as well as their staff were amazingly friendly and helpful making our stay the highlight of an amazing month long Philippine vacation. I highly recommend and can’t wait to return.
