Alles vies schimmel overal dekbedden met vlekken en vies stank door schimmel heel erg, gaten in gordijnen. Vloer nooit zo vies meegemaakt. Spullen kapot kasten lades

It’s was an amazing experience, the hotel it was very nice , the staff was very good and gentle and also very clean

The only 2 “bad things “ are the WiFi was weak and its was a little bit far from the beach that’s all

Le ménage et la propreté qui laisse à désirer. La douche qui a des fuites manque d'entretien. Manque de vaisselle.

"Dirty, bad communication, high price"

The rooms were not cleaned at all so we were relocated after negotiations. We should not have to argue that we want beds that are not filled with hair from previous visitors. We got a new room and the new room had stains on the sheets and pee in the toilet that had not been flushed. Next day we receive a message that we are again relocated to a new room so we pack our stuff and go to the reception. Now the guy says that the new room is not ready so we go back and unpack. After an hour the guy comes back and says the room is indeed ready so we pack again and move. In the third room we are assigned the wifi does not work and there are no shampoo and soap in the containers. Not at all what we have hoped for for our stay! It would suit the hotel to give a compensation.

Bonjour, Je souhaite porter plainte concernant une expérience extrêmement désagréable vécue à notre arrivée à l’hôtel réservé via votre plateforme. Après un long voyage de Oujda à Casablanca, je suis arrivé à l’hôtel avec mon épouse et notre fils. À la réception, un agent (semblant être un agent de sécurité) nous a demandé nos cartes d’identité, ce que nous avons présenté immédiatement. Cependant, au lieu de vérifier normalement nos informations, il nous a observés avec méfiance et suspicion, comme si nous étions dans une situation douteuse. Il a ensuite exigé la présentation d’un acte de mariage, alors que cela ne fait absolument pas partie des conditions de réservation sur votre site. J’ai expliqué que nos cartes d’identité prouvent clairement que nous sommes mari et femme, et que la carte de notre fils mentionne nos deux noms comme parents. Malgré cela, l’agent a insisté avec insistance et sans justification. Face à cette attitude humiliante et inacceptable, nous avons décidé de quitter l’hôtel et de réserver un autre établissement. Je considère que ce comportement constitue un traitement discriminatoire et irrespectueux, contraire aux valeurs de respect et de professionnalisme que Booking.com promeut. Je vous prie de bien vouloir examiner cette situation, prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’égard de cet hôtel, et m’informer du suivi de ma plainte. Je reste à votre disposition pour toute information complémentaire (numéro de réservation, date, nom de l’hôtel, etc.). Cordialement
